Working method:
The machine adopts the method of quantitative feeding to control the even movement of material in the grinding block. The method of negative pressure traction is adopted for unloading. The machine has no screen, and the fineness of grinding materials can be adjusted by the speed of grinding wheel. It can also be graded by external grading.
Main components:
1. Crusher: there are 2 grinding plates, which are faster and finer than the powder ground by ordinary crusher.
2. Cyclone part: it can separate the dust in the powder (particle).
3. Pulse dust collector: remove dust inside the dust collector. There are many dust collection bags in the box, and the bag rack is also made of stainless steel for easy disassembly. Pulse jet cleaning is adopted, which is convenient to collect dust.
